Hey, I’m Rebecca!
I’m a wife, mama to two, and homesteader(ish) living outside Nashville, Tennessee.
A little bit about me: I was raised in Durango, Colorado but now call God’s country home in middle Tennessee. I went to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where I studied marketing (and sort of accidentally dropped out junior year because I ended up working my way up to a digital marketing job…whoops). But I ended up getting a solid skillset for digital marketing under my belt working for a variety of financial and technology companies, so it all worked out.
In the back of my mind, I was always interested in real estate. So I decided to make a career change, and got my real estate license in 2020. Turns out, a marketing background is a pretty handy tool as a real estate agent, because I’m no stranger to creative advertising ideas, managing different budgets, and negotiating tricky contracts. But I love getting to know people, which is why creating connections with buyers and sellers is so fun for me! I also absolutely love creating a home (I mean, that’s pretty much a mom’s job, right?) and I LOVE getting to help the people I work with find the perfect place where they can do the same.
I married my husband, Bryce, in 2020 and we have two kids (a boy and a girl!). Together we also run a short term rental property management business around Nashville, Cedar Stays. We live the farm life and love taking care of our home, spending time outdoors, traveling, and trying new recipes.
Whether you’re interested in buying or selling, or are a real estate agent interested in partnering, I’m all about educating and guiding! So, now that you know more about me, introduce yourself - I can’t wait to hear from you!
