I talk a lot about tips for first time home buyers, partly because I’ve been through it myself a few years ago and know how confusing the whole process can be! When my husband and I decided to buy a house in Las Vegas, we were new to the whole home buying thing and didn’t really know where to start or what all was needed.
I know that feeling all too well, so when I became a Realtor® a few years later, I really connected with first time home buyers and made it my goal to help educate buyers so they can feel confident they’re making the best decisions for them.
As a Las Vegas real estate agent, I talk to first time home buyers all the time (and really, even buyers who have done this before, because the process is always changing!), and some common questions always come up. These are some of the questions I hear from first time home buyers most often:

How high does my credit score have to be?
What if I have other debt?
