Best Breakfast in Nashville: My Top 5 Spots

As much as I love to cook for my family, I also LOVE getting out and going out to eat! And when you’re in a place like Tennessee where basically any place you go has amazing food and everywhere takes pride in it, it’s honestly pretty hard to not find some good restaurants you’ll love. If you’re looking for the best breakfast in Nashville, check these out!

1. Biscuit Love

Biscuit Love just celebrated their 11th anniversary, and they have four locations around Nashville, Franklin, and Birmingham, Alabama! They’re open every day from 7 am - 3 pm and their biscuits (as the name suggests) are pretty much famous around Nashville. (You can even buy them by the dozen to take home!)

My personal favorite: biscuit and sausage gravy with a fried egg on top and a fruit tea

2. Loveless Cafe

Loveless Cafe is another place you’ll always see on the lists of best breakfasts in Nashville! They’ve been a Nashville staple since 1951, and have the cutest location (complete with an on-the-go kitchen, country store/gift shop, event venue, grounds for cornhole, and more) on the southwest side of town. They’re open every day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. (Pro tip: make a reservation or plan to get there early if you’re going during a busy time, because it gets packed!)

My personal favorite: country breakfast bowl with sausage, biscuits with peach preserves

3. Party Fowl

Party Fowl has been featured on a bunch of Food Network shows and magazines. They have locations all over the greater Nashville area, plus one in Chattanooga and most recently one in Destin, FL! They’re famous for their crazy (very Instagram-worthy) food, like their hot chicken and “brunch for two,” which is a 55-ounce bloody Mary topped with two fried Cornish game hens, two whole scotch eggs, eight fried okra, and an entire avocado. Because why not right? They’re open Friday - Sunday until 2 pm for brunch, 8 am - 10 pm daily.

My personal favorite: bird in a blanket, bourbon glazed beignets

4. Liberty Common

If you’re looking for a little bit more of an upscale breakfast spot in Nashville, check out Liberty Common! It’s located in downtown Nashville, and has the prettiest cafe and patio. They’re open Thursday through Sunday for brunch and dinner, and happy hour during the week!

My personal favorite: breakfast becky, brunch burger

5. The Row

The Row is a super cool spot near Music Row with live music every day after 6 pm (and 2 pm on Saturdays). They’re open for brunch and dinner daily, and have a wide variety on their menu. They also host private events if you’re looking for a fun place to throw an event!

My personal favorite: deviled eggs 5 ways, row poppers, smokehouse scramble

What do you think of my picks for the best breakfast in Nashville? If you’ve been to any of these, let me know what you thought - and if you haven’t yet, make sure to add these to your list!
