Towns Around Idaho Falls and Their Median Home Prices

It’s been a while, you guys! I can’t believe I’ve gone this long without posting something over here. It’s been a busyyy few months around here but I had a chance to sit down and catch up on a few things, and I figured it was time to write this! I’ve been getting a lot of questions lately on what towns are around Idaho Falls, so let’s dive in!

I work with a lot of out of state clients, which means a lot of times they’ve never been to the area before, so I find it’s helpful to have a basic idea of what the towns around Idaho Falls are, and knowing a general idea of what their median home prices in those towns are can help give you some insight on what might be the best fit for them!

(Oh, and if you’d rather watch this in video form, here’s my YouTube video I just made on this!)
